Disabled Blue Badge Holders
All Disabled Blue Badge holders must purchase a pay and display ticket. An additional hour will be allowed when a valid Blue Badge is displayed. e.g. if a 2 hour ticket is purchased at 9am the expiry time will be 11am, however, 1 hour will be added to the expiry time for a valid blue badge holder and the pay and display ticket will be valid until 12pm.
